We use Google Hangouts, but we can also call you on FaceTime and Skype. Google Hangouts is Google’s own Free Video Conferencing Service. You don’t need a GMAIL account, but it’s useful if you do. We will send an invitation to chat at a particular time, and we will try on the fly to see if you are available. You can also invite us to chat!

Hi as a Web 2.0 Business we are open all and every day. All our products and accreditation services are accessible via our online systems. And we will be bringing more services on-line for Learning, Community and Governance as we move forward, looking to bring you the best we can. We also pride ourselves on being flexible to meet your needs and we would often be engaged in work with customers and learners in the evenings and at weekends.
We encourage our partners and customers to use our web based contact systems as that gives you and us a record of the queries and questions and lets us also collaborate with our wider learning community as we reach answers to questions together.
Our usual ‘Office’ hours are Monday -Friday 9am – 5pm, but we often work beyond those times so if you need us to call you outside these times just say and we will!
