Prospect Awards Qualifications focus on the real-world challenges that you face, in your groups, communities, and organisations.  We don’t just focus on the theory we focus on helping you to apply what you or your organisation needs to learn to make a beneficial difference in what you do, wherever you are, whether your role is paid or voluntary, leading a team or leading a community group or a business.

Learning Through Work

Prospect Awards recognises that everyone has a range of different experiences, skills and roles so it’s your insight from these that will be assessed rather than academic knowledge alone.
