Welcome to our HelpDesk page and thank you for stopping by! 🙂 We aim to respond to all questions within 24 hours, often by a telephone call if you leave your number.  

  • If you already have a HelpDesk account, please just log in and ask your question.  If you can’t recall your password then click on ‘Forgot password’ and we will send a replacement.
  • If this is your first time to the HelpDesk then please create an account by giving us your name, email and creating a password for yourself and then click ‘create account’ and you will be able to submit a ticket.  
  • If you are interested in becoming an Approved Centre to offer Prospect Qualifications, Awards and Programmes then do please fill in the registration form and let us know its Centre Approval you are interested in and we will set get back to you with all the necessary details.
  • If you are already an Approved Centre and you want to get approval for another qualification or award or have a query about registration, certification, assessment or verification or anything else to do with your Approved Centre Status, please use your PLAZA Account.  PLAZA is our Centre Administration and Registration system and is accessed here.
  • If you just have a quick query then you can always use the on-line chat window on the bottom right of the screen.
